In order to provide more efficient support we make use of the widely used TeamViewer application providing us with an efficient secure method for assisting you. The first time you make use of this facility you will need to download a small application which you will use for us to access your computer. Click on the link below to download the utility:

If you are asked about a security check, click on the save button. When you are asked where to save the file, we recommend that you save it to your desktop.
When requesting remote support, open the TeamViewer application which you will have saved to your desktop. On most machines it will take a while to open as it checks your Internet connection first and assigns a unique ID to your machine. You will need to give this ID to us and then also th password. Please ensure that no confidential information is visible on your machine.
As of 2012, we are testing alternatives to TeamViewer. Our technician may ask you to download the Simple Help application, which is quicker to download and provides us with more functionality in assisting you.
